Recently, our company has entered the final sprint debugging stage for the customized and developed pry mounted water jet specialized equipment for Beijing Huaneng Environmental Science Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as “Huaneng Environmental Science Institute”) of Huaneng Changjiang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. This device will be used for efficient cutting and environmentally friendly decomposition of retired wind turbine blades, helping Huaneng Group create a new model of green circular economy in the wind power industry.

With the rapid development of China’s wind power industry, the environmental treatment of retired blades has become a challenge for the industry. The traditional mechanical cutting method is prone to dust and fiber pollution, while our company’s developed ultra-high pressure water jet system (with a working pressure of over 300MPa) can achieve precise cutting without thermal impact and dust pollution.
At present, our technical team is working on a 24-hour shift to ensure that the project is put into operation on schedule.
