Recently, our company has entered the final sprint debugging stage for the customized and developed pry mounted water jet specialized equipment for Beijing Huaneng Environmental Science Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as “Huaneng Environmental Science Institute”) of Huaneng Changjiang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. This device will be used for efficient cutting and environmentally friendly decomposition of retired wind turbine blades, helping Huaneng Group create a new model of green circular economy in the wind power industry.

Overcoming Difficulties and Breaking Through the Bottleneck of Retired Blade Processing Technology
With the rapid development of China’s wind power industry, the environmental treatment of retired blades has become a challenge for the industry. The traditional mechanical cutting method is prone to dust and fiber pollution, while our company’s developed ultra-high pressure water jet system (with a working pressure of over 300MPa) can achieve precise cutting without thermal impact and dust pollution.
At present, our technical team is working on a 24-hour shift to ensure that the project is put into operation on schedule.

Recently, the “Uganda Well Control Emergency Equipment Construction Project – High Pressure Abrasive Mixing System” undertaken by Forplus Intelligent Equipment (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. has successfully completed delivery and acceptance, marking Forplus Intelligent’s first set of high-end intelligent well control emergency equipment applied in the development of oil and gas fields in East Africa. As a key security system for CNOOC Group’s Uganda base, this project will provide internationally leading well control emergency technical support for local oil and gas extraction.

The high-pressure abrasive mixing system delivered this time adopts the self-developed high-pressure system and abrasive mixing system for intelligent equipment, which overall improves the performance of well control emergency equipment.
Multinational Collaboration Ensures Project Milestones
During the project execution, a specialized team of engineers was formed to enhance intelligent equipment, overcoming numerous difficulties and ultimately delivering smoothly, earning high praise from the owner for their “leading technology and professional service”.
On June 19, 2025, Director Wang of the Liangjiang New District Management Committee led the heads of the Industry Bureau and relevant street departments to visit our company to conduct a special investigation on the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and corporate technological innovation. Field Visit
Director Wang of the Management Committee and his delegation focused on visiting our high-pressure water jet production workshop and learned in detail about the research and development and production process of core products such as robot high-pressure water jet cutting machines. In the food-grade water jet cutting demonstration area, the leaders observed the food water jet cutting process of sandwich cakes and spoke highly of the technical advantage of “cold cutting with zero damage”.
