In order to meet customer needs,we customized a set of UHP water jet cutting machine combined with robotic arm cutting solutions.
1.High-pressure Pump System:
Forplus1+N 60K-3.7L UHP pump is selected.
2.Actuator:
An industrial six-axis robot is used as the actuator. Through the PLC + HMI , precise coordinated control of the high-pressure pump and the robot arm is achieved to complete the automatic cutting of products such as carbon fiber helmets. The robot arm has high movement accuracy and can meet the cutting needs of complex shapes.
3.Double-station Circular Rotary Platform:
Designed as a double-station, it adopts a bus-type servo motor directly connected to the rotary mechanism, and is equipped with an absolute encoder to ensure accurate positioning.
4.Waterproof and Silent Operation Room:
Add a waterproof and silent operation room, equipped with dehumidification equipment to discharge water mist in time. A large-sized observation hole is left on the front of the operation room, which coincides with the observation window of the rotating turntable, and a door is left on the side for easy operation and maintenance.
5.It comes with robot offline programming software, which includes multiple practical modules such as scene building, trajectory planning, simulation debugging, etc.
